Seeking a skilled Bankruptcy Attorney to join our dynamic team at Florida Law Advisers remotely. If you are a talented individual with a practice open to taking on extra cases, this opportunity offers competitive annual remuneration ranging from $90,000 to $120,000. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional legal services in a supportive and collaborative work environment. As a Bankruptcy Attorney with us, you will work on a variety of cases, guiding clients through complex financial situations with professionalism and compassion from inception to resolution. • Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings, including preparing and filing legal documents, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements
• Analyze clients' financial situations to determine the best course of action for debt relief, including Chapter 7, Chapter 13, or other bankruptcy alternatives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bankruptcy laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide effective legal counsel
• Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as paralegals and attorneys, to develop strategies and solutions for complex bankruptcy cases

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience practicing bankruptcy law
• Florida Bar Association
• Admitted to the U.S. Southern District of Florida
