Job Summary: Griswold Home Care in West Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / CNA to join our team. As a part-time hourly employee, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing personalized and quality care. Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $16 to $22.5 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we provide a supportive work environment, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth within our organization. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to clients in their homes, following individualized care plans and instructions provided by the client or their family.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary living environment for clients.
• Report any changes in client's condition or safety concerns to the appropriate individuals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is a plus!
• Minimum of six months experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Able to work independently and follow directions.
