Insurance & Claims Manager – Captive Insurance
We are seeking an Insurance & Claims Manager to primarily oversee the captive insurance program for a global mining and materials company with a captive domiciled in the United States. This is a unique opportunity for candidates that are looking to grow professionally, expand their business knowledge of risk management and captive insurance programs and collaborate with professionals across a diverse spectrum.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from an Aon office in the United States.

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000 annually plus an incentive based on performance. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities , as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The actual salary may vary for applicants based on geographic location.
