Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee commercial painting projects and estimate the cost of materials, labor, and other expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee commercial painting projects from start to finish
• Develop project timelines and schedules
• Estimate the cost of materials, labor, and other expenses
• Collaborate with clients to ensure project specifications are met
• Manage project budgets and track expenses
• Communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure project deadlines are met
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the commercial painting industry
• Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses
• Strong understanding of coatings and coatings paint
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
