For 30 years, Premier Chiropractic has been a cornerstone of health in Pearland, TX, with two flourishing locations. We are on the lookout for a Marketing Manager who is a community-oriented, savvy marketer to lead our efforts in strengthening our local presence and expanding our Personal Injury New Patient referral business.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans to solidify our brand's presence in the Pearland area.
Spearhead local marketing initiatives that resonate with our community and engage potential patients.
Develop targeted strategies aimed at growing our Personal Injury patient base through effective referral programs.
Drive the creation of educational and promotional materials tailored to the needs of accident and injury patients.
Monitor and refine marketing strategies based on performance data and community feedback.
Organize and promote events and workshops that position our practice as a leader in chiropractic and rehabilitative care.
Foster relationships with local businesses, medical professionals, and legal entities to establish a strong referral network.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable success in local market penetration and brand building.
Proven ability to develop and grow referral-based business, particularly in the Personal Injury sector.
Strong grasp of marketing analytics to inform and influence strategy.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in healthcare marketing.
Requirements:

Residency in Pearland, TX, or willingness to relocate to ensure immersion in the local market.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising channels.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
