Role Overview:
As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting critical operations for a prominent government agency. Your responsibilities will include facilitating orders, resolving logistical challenges, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations. You'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and troubleshoot order fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on a regular basis.
Offer expert recommendations for product sourcing to meet client needs.
Resolve logistical issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
Utilize IT systems to manage contracts and analyze data effectively.
Foster strong relationships with vendors and oversee contract execution.
Actively promote our readiness programs to potential new vendors.
Conduct inventory counts at various locations as required.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally with exposure to medical logistics.
Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with occasional travel required.
Physical Requirements:
This role may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Some tasks may require moderate physical effort, such as bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25lbs.
