Key Responsibilities:
- Open and manage new case files
- E-filing, transcription of reports, correspondence, and pleadings
- Scheduling and calendaring
- Maintain a comprehensive diary system
- Prior experience with cloud-based Case Management Software and Timeslips is a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of prior legal defense experience is mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
