Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and negotiate successful transactions. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. LEADS are provided, you will not be required to bring a book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their real estate needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Property Listings: Source and list new properties for sale or rent. Create compelling marketing materials to attract potential buyers and tenants.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on local market trends and provide clients with insights to help them make informed decisions.
- Sales Strategy: Utilize and implement our sales strategies to achieve personal and team sales goals. Utilize various channels to generate leads, including social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate offers and contracts to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after transactions. Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, administrative staff, and other sales agents, to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Valid real estate license in Michigan (we can help you obtain all nescesary licensing).
- High energy, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems (training provided).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
