Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and print.
Conduct market research on workforce development trends, local employers seeking tech talent and events related to our target audience interests and provide insights.
Help create compelling content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, website content, and promotional materials.
Support the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing metrics.
Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events in support of training team initiatives.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including tracking key metrics and preparing reports for review.
Support the maintenance and updating of the company website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Stay up to date with marketing best practices.
Provide general administrative support to the training team as needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media channels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas and think outside the box.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
Ability to work up to 15 hours per week for 6 months with the possibility to go full time.
Ability to work in the office.
