REQUIREMENT

Quality Assurance Engineer / Testing QA Engineer (at 3 Skill Levels)

Houston TX (Remote)

Long term contract

Need Overall 10+ yrs of experience

3 Skill Levels Means | | For each position, we need candidates at three distinct experience levels:

• Junior Level:
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Entry-level to early career professionals
• May have recently graduated or transitioned into the field
• Intermediate Level:
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of core concepts and technologies
• Able to work independently on most tasks
• Senior Level:
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Deep expertise in the required technologies and methodologies
• Capable of mentoring junior team members and leading complex tasks
  
  

Optional Certificates

• ISTQB Certified Tester
• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• Selenium Certification
  
  

Min Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software testing
• Experience with manual and automated testing
  
  

Prefered Requirements

• Experience with Java and Angular testing
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of research administration systems
• Experience in staff augmentation projects
  
  

Skill Set

• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and cases
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
• Knowledge of SQL for database testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
