Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Appointment Scheduler at Frank Kent Cadillac is responsible for scheduling and confirming sales appointments for our dealership in Arlington, Texas. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission, providing the opportunity for a lucrative income in the auto industry. As an individual contributor, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience. Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $28,000 to $72,000 per year, paid semimonthly
• Commission on sales appointments scheduled and confirmed

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads, online inquiries, and phone calls to schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Identify and qualify potential customers through effective questioning and listening skills
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for potential customers
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of customers to the appropriate sales associate
• Utilize dealership software to manage schedules and appointments
• Consistently meet or exceed appointment scheduling and confirmation targets
• Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn dealership software systems
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
