Fit anxiety is a top customer pain point for online shopping, leading to abandonment or the purchase of ill-fitting products that need to be returned. We are looking for a Product Manager - Tech to help us build towards the vision of a personalized, trustworthy, and cohesive shopping experience for all Amazon customers to find products that fit their bodies and spaces. This leader will solve complex problems in one of the fastest growing segments of the Retail business - Amazon Fashion (Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, Watches, Accessories, Sports and Outdoors). A successful candidate will be design-oriented, analytical, and able to come up with bold disruptive CX ideas. This role requires an individual who can collaborate with tech, science, business to transform data into actionable insights.

• Drive Fit CX roadmap with cross-functional and stakeholder teams
• Manage weekly and monthly business reporting to monitor customer impact
• Analyze weblab results to drive timely launch decisions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
