Job Description

Position Overview: The Tax Senior will be responsible for providing tax-related services to clients in various industries, with a focus on real estate. This individual will work closely with the Tax Manager and other team members to ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
• Assist with tax audits and notices from tax authorities
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address any tax-related inquiries
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff
• Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and IT, to provide integrated tax solutions

Qualifications:

• CPA certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Experience with real estate taxation
• Proficiency in accounting and tax software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
