Responsibilities

• Process documents for state registration, follow the proper paperwork and ensure that tax and title documents are also completed.
• Check for accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase prices.
• Maintain a file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts and other pertinent information related to the sale or transfer of a vehicle.
• Maintain titles and MSO’s for inventory.
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV using Webdealer software.
• Enter vehicle purchases into inventory.
• Process Dealer trade paperwork

Qualifications

• Strong computer and internet skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
• Highly professional and dependable
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Automotive experience preferred
• Dealertrack DMS experience preferred
• Webdealer experience preferred
