Description of the role: The Title Clerk at Seidel Hyundai is responsible for accurately preparing, organizing, and maintaining all legal documents related to vehicle transactions. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of paperwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Review and verify legal documents for accuracy and compliance
• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and releases
• Record vehicle sales and purchases in the dealership's database
• Coordinate with customers, lenders, and other departments to resolve any title-related issues
• Maintain a filing system to ensure efficient retrieval of documents
• Assist in inventory management and reconciliation

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Title Clerk or similar role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with DMV rules and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
