Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Angular & Figma)

Location: (North Brunswick, NJ)

Weekly 35hrs

Job Overview: As a UI/UX Designer with Angular and Figma experience, you'll be responsible for designing and refining user interfaces and experiences for our web applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that our applications are not only visually appealing but also functional and user centric.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Design user interfaces that align with our brand and enhance user experience.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately using Angular.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Development Support:

• Provide design specifications and assets to developers for implementation in Angular applications.
• Review and provide feedback on front-end code to ensure adherence to design standards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly for web applications.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of Angular framework and how it integrates with UI design.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (particularly with Angular) is a plus.

Design Skills:

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with a focus on web applications.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that balance functionality with aesthetics.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences
